Once you have placed your order you will receive a welcome email, confirmation email, and an email on the day before your mirror is due to be delivered with further tracking information.
We ship to any UK mainland address provided the order is placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday, 3pm Friday. If you do not meet this time on any given day, your goods will be sent the following working day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
Please make sure to measure the space that you will be locating your mirror in before purchase. Our larger mirrors that are 1m wide may take a little longer than usual to pass through our courier networks.
We ship to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. This service is subject to a nominal fee and can be applied by calling the sales team on Live Chat.
Currently all our mirrors are packaged with 100% recyclable heavy duty cardboard boxes and padded foam is used inside the mirror to keep the item protected. Our UK design team are working to upgrade this, and we promise that by end of 2022, all our packaging will be 100% recyclable cardboard.

For orders that contain a large quantity of items we offer a pallet service that will ensure your items arrive together at the same time. We also offer discounts on orders containing five or more units. If this applies to you.
If you cannot accept the delivery at the time of delivery, our courier will try and leave a card advising you that:
- The item has been returned to the local deport where you need to call to arrange a re-delivery
- The item has been taken to the local depot for collection
- The item has been signed for by a neighbour
Failed deliveries will be attempted again the next working day. After the third attempt, the product will be stored for collection at your local Post Office or returned to back to us.
Glamour Mirrors accept no liability for instances of missing items when signed for by neighbours, please ensure you only select a date for delivery if you know you will be in to avoid any inconvenience or select from one of our premium delivery services to ensure the items arrives at a time that is suitable for you.
